Laptop Information

If you need a laptop:

Wekiva students who do not have an OCPS laptop and would like one can make an appointment to get their device and password set up before school starts. Appointments for students are available with our Media Specialist from 10:00 to 4:00 on August 5th and 8:00 to 2:00 on August 6th. To schedule, please visit You must have an appointment to check out a device during these times.

If your laptop is damaged:

Current Wekiva students who have damage to their current laptop and need a replacement can report damage by filling out this Google Form.  We will contact these students after August 9th to resolve issues. Please remember that all devices that need repair will have a fee associated with that repair. Information on the fees and policies can be found at
